I was pleasantly surprised with the Crispin - The Saint. The
Trappist beer yeast masks the apples in the nose; with the apple flavor appearing in the mid palette. The maple syrup makes its presence known in the finish - balanced with rustic apple flavors. Would like a little more effervescence, but great value cider.

Crispin - The Saint: A Trappist Cider
I was pleasantly surprised with the Crispin - The Saint. The
Trappist beer yeast masks the apples in the nose; with the apple flavor appearing in the mid palette. The maple syrup makes its presence known in the finish - balanced with rustic apple flavors. Would like a little more effervescence, but great value cider.
